Adult Clinical Trials

A randomized Phase 1/2 trial is planned to evaluate the efficacy and safety of multiple doses of DNX-2401 with or without an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Adult subjects diagnosed with IDH wild-type GBM who have experienced disease progression after initial treatment may be eligible.
