We’re Working to Make Brain Cancer a Distant Memory

At CVBio, we’re reimagining how cancer—especially the most aggressive and treatment-resistant forms—is fought. Our focus: delivering virus-powered immunotherapies that target brain tumors with precision while sparking the body’s own immune system to respond and remember.

A New Class of Cancer Therapy

CVBio’s therapies are built on a unique, clinically proven platform: an engineered version of the common cold virus designed to do what traditional treatments often can’t—selectively destroy cancer cells and trigger long-term immune protection.

Our lead candidate, DNX-2401, is a next-generation oncolytic virus currently being studied in patients with recurrent glioblastoma and pediatric diffuse midline glioma—two of the most aggressive brain tumors. These viruses are engineered to:

  • Infect and replicate in cancer cells without harming healthy tissue
  • Destroy tumors from the inside out through viral oncolysis
  • Activate the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells long after treatment

Backed by Data. Driven by Hope.

Our therapies have already been tested in over 200 patients, showing a strong safety profile, significant tumor reduction, and extended survival in some of the most challenging brain cancer cases. We collaborate with top research institutions around the world and are expanding clinical trials to bring hope to more families facing the unimaginable.

More Than a Mission — A Promise

We believe that every patient deserves more than just time—they deserve treatments that work. Treatments that evolve. Treatments that remember. At CVBio, we’re not just developing new cancer therapies. We’re helping build a future where brain cancer is no longer a life sentence.
